Welcome to Sidra Water Qatar (referred to as "Sidra Water," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and the purchase of our premium water products and services in the State of Qatar.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. Our commitment is to provide the highest standard of hydration, and these terms ensure a clear understanding of our mutual obligations.
2. Use of Service
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Digital Coupons
Our "Smart Ticket" digital coupon system is designed for the convenience of our regular 5-Gallon customers. These coupons are digital assets managed via your Sidra Water account.
Validity: Digital coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Redemption: One coupon represents one 5-Gallon refill delivery. Redemption is tracked in real-time.
Non-Transferable: Coupons are tied to your registered delivery address and cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.
4. Delivery Terms
Sidra Water operates a specialized fleet to ensure timely delivery across Doha and surrounding municipalities. Delivery windows are scheduled based on your zone's specific route.
Scheduled 24-48 hours in advance through the delivery dashboard.
Customers must ensure clear access for delivery personnel and provide empty bottles for exchange.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Sidra Water Qatar and protected by international and local Qatari copyright laws.
The "Sidra Water" name, the "Hydration Harmony" aesthetic, and our proprietary "Liquid Modernism" UI designs are trademarks that may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours.
6. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. We collect personal information to facilitate deliveries and improve our service. All data processing is performed in compliance with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions and never share your sensitive hydration data with unauthorized third parties.
